The present invention is comprised of a sensing and notification device for a vehicle to alert when traffic has started moving after stopping at a red light. The device is comprised of a plastic enclosure, rechargeable battery, camera, motion sensor, etc. The device will activate when a vehicle comes to a complete stop and will then issue an audible sound or pre-recorded message when the flow of traffic resumes. The device will allow a distracted user to be alerted when traffic flow begins so the traffic flow is not adversely affected.
